Product introduction
Protein G-4HF is suitable for separation and purification of ascites, cell culture supernatant, and serum derived monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies, Fc tag proteins, etc.
Advantages
1. Quick and easy (one-step purification).
2. Fast flow rate, high yields and easy to be implemented.
3. Compared with Protein A, the IgG binding surface (more species sources) of Protein-G is broader and has greater binding capacity.

1. The binding load of the media varies depending on the source and subtype of the sample.
2. If the media is immersed in eluent for a long time, it will result in the hydrolysis of ligand and finally affect the loading amount of media.
