What is Tag Antibodies?

Tag antibody is a specific region or group of an antigen, which determines the specificity of an antigen. The tag antibody can be used to detect expression, intracellular localization, and purification, qualitative or quantitative detection of the tag fusion protein. Fusion tags can be divided into two broad categories based on their relative molecular mass: large protein molecules and small polypeptide fragments. What is Control Antibodies?

Control antibodies, as the name means, are series of internal control antibodies. Generally speaking, control antibody can be divided into two groups, including isotype control antibodies and loading control antibodies. CUSABIO offers a wide selection of monoclonal loading control antibodies, including GAPDH, α-tubulin, and β-actin for several species. We also have some conjugated control antibodies, such as HRP- or biotin- conjugated control antibodies.
